Salute our traveling third degree teams
|
Candidates rarely comprehend the extraordinary breadth and depth of work their brothers accept in order to make their third degree ceremony one of the most incredible moments in the lives of newly-made Masons.
Thanks can be expressed in a variety of ways. A simple Thank You works. Offering to join the lodge’s Third Degree Team helps wonderfully well. All the memorization, performance, rehearsals, costuming, learning lectures and traveling are duties that call for sharing among many.
Standing to applaud the team means everything. Many lodges dress their walls with group photos of costumed degree teams, some going back generations.
A rich harvest of memories makes it all worthwhile.
